Help. Serve. Elevate.

The "Why"

For almost 20 years, I built a successful career in corporate software solutions. My role in helping those around me was fulfilling, and I achieved a lot.

However,  I realized that the primary beneficiary of my hard work and effort was a shareholder who didn't know I existed. They were unaware of my dedication to the team's success, and their experience with me ended with the next paycheck.

As I witnessed corporate solutions generate immense value for these distant shareholders, I recognized the potential for even greater rewards if enterprise-grade systems and processes were adapted to small businesses. In such a setting, my efforts would benefit people who know my name, see how much I pour into the project, and whose experiences extend beyond a mere business collaboration.

By focusing on small businesses, they and I could reap the rewards of a more personal, engaged, and meaningful working relationship while watching our companies co-create value.

Why "Help"?

The first pillar at KnowledgeServant is Help

Our mission is to help small businesses. Applying our experience with enterprise-grade services and software, KnowledgeServant works with you to explore ways to adapt those same services and software solutions to solve business and technology problems on a different scale. On your scale.

Small businesses work with fewer resources, have less in-house expertise and operate at lower economies of scale than large corporations.

KnowledgeServant's goal is to help leverage the same quality of business and technology solutions the enterprise enjoys - but leverage that level of excellence for the small business owner, exploring how to meet the needs with the resources, in-house expertise and economies you already operate with.

What if it were possible to not only solve your business challenge - but to solve it in a way that your business is better off than if it had not even encountered the problem in the first place?

That's the kind of help KnowledgeServant seeks to provide.

Why "Serve"?

The second pillar at KnowledgeServant is Serve.

Our mission is to help, serve and elevate small businesses. Owners of small businesses often operate with fewer resources and expertise than large enterprises. But just because your organization operates on a smaller scale, doesn't mean your processes, technology and level of excellence have to work on a smaller scale. You work with what you have.

Our goal isn't just to help small businesses succeed; it's to co-create value- improving not just your balance sheet but, life's balance sheet. By serving others, KnowledgeServant gets better too. Processes and technology should serve businesses, not dictate how they grow - or don't grow.

What if it were possible to consistently transform challenges into advantages? What if your current business problem is an opportunity, in disguise, that could end up serving your success in ways you might not have expected?

Exploring those possibilities is how KnowledgeServant seeks to serve.

Why "Elevate"?

The third pillar at KnowledgeServant is Elevate

Our mission is to help, serve and elevate small businesses.

Small businesses often grapple with limited resources and personnel, which makes every team member's effectiveness, growth and success essential. No single person is good at everything, and there is room for improvement in every single member of your team. Even you

A successful business requires adaptable skillsets, prosperous partnerships, competent teams, and innovative problem-solving processes and technologies. All of these are challenging. Otherwise, everyone would have a successful small business. You may have mastered some or all of them. But maybe you haven't.

What if it were possible to build on what you know with what someone else knows and create a brand-new synergy for your business challenges? What if a technology already available to you could launch you to a new level of achievement?

Mining for those unrevealed possibilities is how KnowledgeServant seeks to elevate.
